I don’t write reviews very often, but Cowboy Up definitely earned one.

I hired David to clean out my attic and repair a deteriorated corner of my roof siding that had become a potential entry point for critters. From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. David showed up right on time for the estimate, walked me through everything that needed to be done, answered all of my questions, and provided a clear, fair quote. After the work was completed, the final bill was exactly what he quoted—there were no surprise charges or last-minute add-ons.

On the day of the job, David and his assistant took the time to protect my home by laying down coverings along the entire path to the attic. They worked carefully, kept everything clean, and made safety a priority throughout the project. I also really appreciated that they kept me updated as the work progressed, so I always knew what was happening.

The repair itself was done with exceptional attention to detail, and the attic was cleaned thoroughly of all the dust and debris the previous owner had left behind. They took the trash away and left my property cleaner than before the work started. It’s obvious they take pride in their work and don’t cut corners, which is a refreshing experience! The price was fair for the quality of workmanship and professionalism I received.

Finding honest, reliable contractors can be difficult, but David and his technicians exceeded my expectations. My mom recommended him to me after she’d had some work done at her place and I’m happy that she did.

Cowboy replaced several sections of subflooring. He took out the bathroom vanity, toilet, water heater etc, and was able to fix the flooring, get everything reinstalled with minimal inconvenience! He was professional, going out of his way to not make a mess. Highly recommend!
