When do I need a licensed plumber instead?
For anything involving the water main, sewer lines, gas lines, work requiring a permit, or situations where the pipe is inside a wall or under a slab. If we arrive and realize a job is beyond our scope, we’ll tell you immediately and can point you toward a qualified plumber.
Can you replace a toilet completely?
Yes. Full toilet removal and replacement is within our scope — including the wax ring seal and supply line. You can supply the toilet or we can discuss options.
My drain is very slow but not completely blocked — is that something you fix?
Slow drains at accessible trap locations (under sinks, tub P-traps) are something we handle. We don’t run drain snakes into main sewer lines — that’s a plumber’s job. We’ll let you know which situation you’re in after a quick look.
Can you fix a leak under my sink?
If it’s a supply line drip, P-trap leak, or drain basket seal issue, yes. If the leak is coming from the water supply line behind the wall or from the main shut-off, that’s a call for a licensed plumber.
The faucet handle is stripped — is that fixable or does the whole faucet need to go?
Often fixable with a cartridge or stem replacement, depending on the faucet brand and age. We’ll diagnose it on-site. Older or no-name fixtures sometimes make more sense to replace than repair — we’ll give you an honest recommendation.
