Do you take the boxes and packaging away?
We can break down and bag boxes for recycling as part of the job — just ask when you book. We don’t haul to a dump or recycling center, but we’ll flatten and stack everything neatly.
Can I supply multiple pieces for one visit?
Yes, and bundling is efficient. If you have several boxes from a furniture purchase, we can knock them all out in one visit rather than scheduling separately.
Do you assemble furniture that requires two people?
Some pieces are a two-person lift — large bed frames, wardrobes, heavy shelving. We factor this in and either bring a helper or set up staging to manage it safely. Just let us know what you have.
Can you assemble something that was partially started?
Yes. If you’ve started a piece and gotten stuck (or it’s been sitting 70% assembled for three months), we’ll pick up from wherever it is and finish it right.
