Drywall Repair

From a Nail Hole to a Full Panel Patch — All Done Right

Drywall damage is one of the most common calls we get. Moving furniture leaves gouges. Door handles punch through walls. Water creates soft spots and staining. Whatever put the hole there, we take the repair seriously — because a sloppy patch shows every time the light hits it at the wrong angle.

We prep, patch, texture-match, and sand to a finish level that’s ready for paint. We can apply primer if needed, or hand the wall back paint-ready and leave the color choice to you.

  • Small holes — nail pops, anchor pulls, screw holes
  • Medium holes — fist-sized or from outlet relocations
  • Large panel patches — water damage, full section replacement
  • Hairline and stress crack repair
  • Water-stain cleanup and surface sealing
  • Texture matching — knockdown, orange peel, smooth
  • Skim coating over damaged or uneven surfaces

FAQ

Common Questions About Drywall Repair

Can you match my existing wall texture?+
In most cases, yes. Knockdown, orange peel, smooth, and light skip-trowel textures can all be matched. We’ll assess the existing texture before we start and let you know if a match is achievable or if a slight variation is expected.
Do you paint after the repair?+
We typically bring the patch to a paint-ready state — primed, sanded smooth. Painting is available on request, but many customers prefer to paint themselves to match their existing wall color. Just let us know when you call and we’ll include it in the estimate.
How long does a drywall repair take?+
Small patches (nail holes, anchors) take under an hour. Medium patches need to dry and may require a second coat, so typically 2–3 hours across a single visit. Large panel replacements can be a half-day job. We’ll give you a timeline upfront.
My wall got wet — is it safe to just patch it?+
That depends on whether the moisture source has been fixed first. Patching over an active leak just delays the problem. We’ll look at the area before starting and let you know if we spot anything that needs to be addressed before the patch goes in.
Do you handle popcorn ceiling removal?+
We can remove popcorn texture and skim coat ceilings to a smooth finish. If the home was built before 1980, we recommend testing for asbestos before any ceiling texture work — that’s a job for a certified testing company, not us.
